Welcome back everyone! It's time to begin another year of amazing benefit concerts, and this one is right on campus too! Next Friday, August 27th, ugaMiracle is hosting a benefit concert featuring Pat Green at Legion Field! Doors open at 6PM. The concert will begin with Stewart and Winfield at 7pm and Pat Green at 8PM; tickets are only $20 at the door ($17 if you buy them in advance). Proceeds from the event go to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. So please please come out, reunite with friends for a good cause AND listen to some amazing music!
ugaMiracle is a completely student-run organization and is one of the major contributors to Children's Miracle Network, which benefits Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. This year will celebrate ugaMiracle's 15th year on the UGA campus; total funds raised equalling more than $2 million for the kids! ugaMiracle differs from many other student organizations because it independently provides for all the projects and events that it undertakes. It operates on a low-budget to make larger donations for the children. A large portion of the UGA student population is involved with this organization, and I encourage you to check out all of the events it will be sponsoring throughout the year!
